Spearheading Spavia Day Spa at The Collection is the husband-and-wife team, Loni and Suobo Richards. Loni is a highly decorated Navy Veteran, CEO of the non-profit Service After Service, model, actress, producer, and published author. She works hand in hand with her husband, Suobo, who is a highly decorated Air Force veteran, former chemical engineer, author and business consultant. Loni and Suobo, who both share a combined 25 plus years of corporate leadership experience, were conducting thorough franchise research. With their rich history of service, they were excited to come across Spavia, a brand steeped in service both inside and outside the spa. When meeting with Spavia’s founders, Allison and Marty Langenderfer, the Richards observed their appreciation and strong values towards community service and local business support. It became clear that Spavia was the perfect venture to pursue their entrepreneurial passions in service to the Cumming community.
